The company is engaged in cutting and packaging ham, Iberian meats and 100 percent Spanish cheeses. The registered head office of the company is located in Paiporta, Spain. The company is a European leader in cutting and packaging of delicatessen charcuterie meat and 100 percent Spanish Cheeses products sold and MDD brand or thought Juan Luna. Its leadership is complemented perfectly by the family nature of the company, led by Juan Luna Vallejo and sons since 1989. The company has recently inaugurated its new production plant in Sollana -Valencia (Spain). Fully integrated into a unique natural environment, which it cares for each day through its environmental policies, it has the latest cutting and packaging technologies in the market, accompanied by thorough hygeinisation protocols in order to guarantee the maximum quality and freshness of all its products. The production circuit is designed to respond quickly to its customers' orders. The company has 22 packaging lines with an annual production of 60 million packages. With the new facilities it is prepared to increase its production to 33 packaging lines and 120 million packages. The plant has an area of 12,500 square meters with a capacity for 2000 pallets for receiving raw materials and 2000 pallets for shipments. Finally, it has a capacity of 50.000 square meters of refrigerated temperature and a freezing chamber for 500 pallets.
